Rob McEwen: Chairman, Chief Owner of McEwen Mining, which has four mines located in USA, Canada, Mexico and Argentina. Associated with the gold industry all his career, first 18 years in the investment industry and since 1990 as CEO of several gold mining companies.

Founder of Goldcorp Inc., where he grew its market capitalization from $50 million to over $8 billion. At McEwen Mining (MUX) he owns 17% of the company, takes a salary of $1/ year and the cost of his investment in MUX and McEwen Copper exceeds US$220 million.

He and his wife have donated over $60 million to encourage excellence and innovation in healthcare and education.

Frank Giustra is a Canadian entrepreneur and philanthropist who has made significant contributions in various industries. As President and CEO of the Fiore Group, he manages a diverse portfolio of assets and investments in natural resources, entertainment, and lifestyle companies. Giustra is known for his ability to build natural resource companies by accessing capital and engaging in creative deal-making.

One of his more recent projects is West Red Lake Gold (TSX.V: WRLG), a company focused on gold exploration and development in the Red Lake Gold District of Northwestern Ontario, Canada. He also served as the Chairman of Leagold Mining from 2016 to 2019, which was successfully merged to Equinox Gold (TSX: EQX), forming a significant gold-producing company operating in the Americas. Additionally, Giustra was the Chairman of Endeavour Financial from 2001 to 2007, where he acquired, grew, and divested numerous resource companies. Notably, he was founder Endeavour Mining, Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (which later became Goldcorp), and Wheaton Precious Metals.

Earlier in his career, Giustra held executive positions at Yorkton Securities from 1980-1996. As CEO and Chairman, he played a key role in growing Yorkton Securities into a leading natural resource investment bank. He started his career Merrill Lynch.

Giustra’s entrepreneurial success extends beyond the natural resource sector. In 1997, he founded Lionsgate Entertainment, which has become one of the world’s largest independent film companies.

Beyond his business endeavors, Giustra is recognized for his philanthropic activities. He established The Giustra Foundation, a Canadian charity that supports initiatives focused on women and children, education, refugee resettlement. The foundation is a founding partner in the Global Refugee Sponsorship Initiative. Outside of Canada, his Giustra International Foundation seeds and supports organizations leading the way in conflict resolution and foreign policy.

In 2007, Giustra launched Acceso, a social business builder that addresses global poverty through entrepreneurial solutions, particularly in agribusinesses in Colombia, El Salvador, and Haiti.

In 2020, Giustra was appointed Co-Chair of the International Crisis Group, an independent, non-partisan organization that provides analysis and advice to policymakers on preventing and resolving deadly conflicts.

Due to his contributions and achievements, Frank Giustra has received several honors and awards, including the Order of Canada, the Order of British Columbia, and other distinguished accolades.

Mr. Silver is best known to the royalty investment community for founding, building and selling International Royalty Corporation for C$749 million to Royal Gold, and a C$1.1 billion royalty portfolio to Osisko Gold Royalties. He continues to be active and sits on Metalla Royalty and Streaming’s and Nova Royalty Corp’s boards and recently published the first book on the modern mining royalty industry – The Rise of the Mining Royalty Companies.

Douglas B. Silver has a wide-ranging career in the minerals industry, ranging from prospecting geologist to portfolio manager. Today, he is a well-known mineral economist, keynote speaker, lecturer and author. He has testified three times to the U.S. Congress on mining-related issues.  A strong advocate for education and women’s rights, Mr. Silver has served as an advisor to both the University of Arizona and the Colorado School of Mines. He also founded the Denver Gold Group, the preeminent gold investment forum.  In September 2018, Douglas was inducted into the U.S. National Mining Hall of Fame.  In May 2023, he was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame and is one of only three people to be inducted into both Halls of Fame.

Edie Hofmeister is a San Francisco-based attorney who has advised large and small multi-national extractive companies on legal and ESG matters for twenty-five years.  As an associate, she represented Shell Oil, Exxon-Mobile and Imperial Oil Ltd. and helped secure billion-dollar insurance coverage settlements.

From 2009-2019 she served as Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs and General Counsel for Tahoe Resources where she led the Legal, Sustainability and Government Affairs departments.  As its first employee, Edie helped grow Tahoe from a junior exploration company to a mid-cap precious metals producer with operations throughout the Americas.  This entailed living and working on the ground in Latin America to organically grow ESG programs. She has volunteered and worked with rural and indigenous communities in India, Peru, Guatemala, Mexico and Canada to enhance food, climate and water security.

She currently serves as the Senior Chair of the International Bar Association’s Business and Human Rights Committee and advocates for corporations to respect human rights under the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, particularly in the Small and Medium Enterprise space.  Edie works as an independent director on a number of public Canadian public boards where she chairs both Governance and ESG Committees.

He studied business administration and finance in the USA and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and also gained work experience at the trading desk of a bank during his studies. Upon graduation he joined the research department of Erste Group, where in 2007 he published his first In Gold We Trust report. Over the years, the In Gold We Trust report has proceeded to become one of the benchmark publications on gold, money, and inflation.

Since 2013 he has held the position as reader at scholarium in Vienna, and he also speaks at Wiener Börse Akademie (i.e. the Vienna Stock Exchange Academy). In 2014, he co-authored the international bestseller “Austrian School for Investors”, and in 2019 “Die Nullzinsfalle” (The Zero Interest Rate Trap). He is a member of the board of directors at Tudor Gold Corp. (TUD), a significant explorer in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle as well as a member of the advisory board of Affinity Metals (AFF). Moreover, he joined as an advisor to Matterhorn Asset Management, a global leader in wealth preservation in the form of physical gold stored outside the banking system.

Brent Johnson brings over twenty years of experience in the financial markets to his position as CEO of Santiago Capital.

He enjoyed more than nine years as a Managing Director at BakerAvenue, a $2.5 Billion Asset Manager and Wealth Management firm, with offices in San Francisco, Dallas and New York. He was the lead advisor for several of the firms largest clients.

Prior to joining BakerAvenue, Brent spent nine years at Credit Suisse in their private client group. He got his start as part of the training program at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in New York prior to moving to San Francisco. He joined Credit Suisse in the fall of 2000 when the bank purchased DLJ.

Earlier in his career, Brent was a financial auditor for Philip Morris Management Company in New York City where he performed audits at the company’s headquarters as well as subsidiaries in Germany, Hong Kong, and Richmond, Virginia.

Brent regularly gives interviews and speaks at conferences regarding precious metals, currencies & macroeconomic trends. His views have been quoted in numerous print, online and television outlets. He lives in San Juan, Puerto Rico with his wife Mary and son Moses.

Eaun Gray, Senior Vice President, Business Development, heads Franco-Nevada’s mining business development group. Mr. Gray was previously a Vice President at Rothschild & Co where he advised on mergers and acquisitions and debt and stream transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Gray worked for CIBC in investment and corporate banking. Mr. Gray completed a Master of Business Administration degree at the Tuck School at Dartmouth College (Edward Tuck Scholar), is a CFA Charterholder and received a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University (First Class Honours).

Otavio “Tavi” Costa is a partner and portfolio manager at Crescat Capital and has been with the firm since 2013. He built Crescat’s macro model that identifies the current stage of the US economic cycle through a combination of 16 factors. His research has been featured in financial publications such as Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, CCN, Financial Post, The Globe and Mail, Real Vision, Reuters. Tavi is a native of São Paulo, Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Before joining Crescat, he worked with the underwriting of financial products and in international business at Braservice, a large logistics company in Brazil. Tavi graduated cum laude from Lindenwood University in St. Louis with a B.A. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in Spanish. Tavi played NCAA Division 1 tennis for Liberty University.

Mr. Griffith has been the Chief Development Officer of Gold Royalty since the Company’s inception in 2020. Prior to Gold Royalty, Mr. Griffith was a Managing Director and the Head of Americas Metals & Mining Investment Banking for Bank of America. He brings nearly 30 years of financial services sector experience spanning three continents, including 26 years of global investment banking expertise. He has advised senior management and executive board members in M&A, capital markets, investor relations, risk management and general advisory in the global mining industry. Mr. Griffith’s global landmark transaction was representing Goldcorp Inc. in its merger with Newmont Mining in 2019. Mr. Griffith holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town.

Through the course of his career, Craig Parry has been a founder, director, CEO, senior executive and geologist working across a broad range of commodities with several companies.  Craig is a Co-Founder and Partner of Inventa Capital Corp., a venture capital advisory firm dedicated to the acquisition and development of assets in the natural resource sector. He is currently Lead Director of Skeena Resources Ltd and as Chairman oversaw its transformation from junior explorer to major gold developer. He is a founder and Chairman of Vizsla Silver Corp. (since December 18, 2018), Vizsla Copper Corp. (since September 1, 2021), Gold Bull Resources (since June 29, 2020) and Outback Goldfields Ltd (since January 2019). He was a Director of Surge Copper Corp. (since September 29, 2020).  He was a founder, CEO and/or director of IsoEnergy Ltd (TSXV:ISO), NexGen Energy Ltd (NYSE:NXE), EMR Capital, Tigers Realm Coal (ASX:TIG), Tigers Realm Minerals, and G-Resources Group. He remains a General Partner of EMR Capital, Craig is an exploration geologist and worked for Rio Tinto Exploration from 1999 to 2008.

Mr. Konnert is a natural resource entrepreneur experienced in deal-making, financing, team development, and corporate strategy. He is the founder and CEO of Vizsla Silver Corp. (NYSE: VZLA), where the company has consolidated the Copala-Panuco Silver district in Mexico. Mr. Konnert has led Vizsla Silver in over $200M in equity financings resulting in the world’s largest undeveloped high-grade silver resource. He is co-founder and Managing Partner of Inventa Capital. Inventa is a natural resource investor and incubator with the vision of providing the elements the world needs. Previously, Mr. Konnert co-founded CobaltOne Energy Corp, a battery metal exploration company he led as CEO and sold to Blackstone Minerals (ASX: BSX) in 2017. Mr. Hodaly is currently the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. and brings with him more than 28 years of experience in analyzing mining opportunities. He joined the company in 2012 and has since been involved with more than US$8.0 billion worth of streaming transactions. Prior to joining Wheaton Precious Metals Corp., Mr. Hodaly had spent more than 16 years in the North American securities industry, most recently as Director and Mining Analyst, Global Mining Research, at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Hodaly is an engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering and a Master of Engineering, specializing in Mineral Economics, both obtained from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Hodaly currently serves as a Director of GoldSource Mines Inc. since 2017, Director of the Denver Gold Group since 2019, and Director of NEXE Innovations Inc. since 2020.

John began his career in 1992 as an equity analyst on the Merrill Lynch global allocation fund (MALOX). From 1993-2019, John was a senior executive for Mutual Fund and ETF providers, spending most of his career at Merrill Lynch Funds (now Blackrock) and JP Morgan Chase Funds. He was ranked #1 in the US in both gross and net sales once at Merrill Lynch and three times at JP Morgan Chase. John has conducted over 250 seminars and has been a speaker at 8 global events. He has also been a contributor to Kitco since 2017.

He was a member of the precious metals PM team at Sprott in 2017 and has developed his own compelling track record in mining equities since 1/1/16. John uses a proprietary methodology, which combines technical analysis with public information gathered from direct interaction with senior management of commodities companies. Lawrence (Larry) Boyce, former securities regulator and expert witness on securities industry standards in civil, regulatory and criminal proceedings, is now an independent consultant, providing assistance to capital markets participants on meeting business conduct, registration and anti-money laundering requirements.

A securities regulator for 35 years, he was in the Investigative Services Department of the Toronto Stock Exchange, of which he became Director in 1987. From 1994 through 2009, he managed the Business Conduct departments at the TSE, Investment Dealers Association of Canada and ultimately the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (now Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, CIRO). He also managed the registration departments at the TSE and IDA (now CIRO) from 1994 to 2008.

In 2016, Larry teamed with Laurie Clark to found Canchek Corporation, which provides information to over 220 financial services clients for anti-money laundering and economic sanctions compliance. In 2020, Laurie led the Canchek team along with others to found Onyen Corporation, which provides software to assist private and public companies in compiling reports on their economic, social and governance practices.  Larry is the Chair of Onyen Corporation.

Mr. Hynes has more than 15 years of business development, corporate finance and merger & acquisition experience in the mining industry. He joined Royal Gold in 2013, serving as Director, Business Development out of the Royal Gold offices in Denver, Zug, and Vancouver offices, and was appointed Vice President, Business Development & Strategy in 2020. Prior roles include seven years in the mining investment banking group of National Bank of Canada where he advised companies on mergers, acquisitions and financings, as well as business development and board roles with junior mining companies.

Mr. Hynes holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
