Laurie Clark

A global finance executive and founder of 3 technology companies was three times awarded “Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada” in 2017, 2019 and 2022. A serial entrepreneur who started, built and sold three prior companies, the most well known in capital markets circles was the sale of Dataphile Software Ltd., now known as Broadridge.
Ms. Clark has over 20 years of capital markets and trading experience and over $10B in direct budget oversight across Technology, Finance, Trading, Start-Ups, JVs, and M&A.
An Independent Corporate Director serving on a variety of public and private company boards, including past Chair of the Compensation, Risk and Governance Committees for Belzberg Technologies Inc. (TSX: BLZ), current Chair of the Board for Ethel Capital Corporation, a capital management company. She was also recently appointed as an Independent Director of a North American Futures, Options and Swaps Securities Exchange, where she is member of the Audit Committee, Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee, and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Clark is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Pelangio Exploration Inc. (TSX.V: PX).
Ms. Clark is a member of the TMX Advisory Council (X TSE) and the Canadian RegTech Association Advisory Board, a member of the Advisory Board for Novations Inc, (aka DealMaker), and Advisory Board member for Advisorsavvy. Ms. Clark is often asked to speak at conferences around the world as a motivational or keynote speaker on Finance and Technology.

Ani Markova is a Co-Founder of Onyen Corporation, an innovative ESG Reporting Solution for public and private companies, and is currently focused on business development for the organization.
With over 25 years of experience in the capital markets, including a successful investment career managing up to $2 billion of mutual fund assets, Ms. Markova has a proven track record in integrating macroeconomic trends, equity analysis, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) assessments into strategic capital allocations and risk management. As an independent board member of three resource companies, she has taken on board leadership roles, including chairing sustainability committees and serving on audit, governance, and compensation committees. Ms. Markova has expertise in finance, capital allocation, macroeconomics and commodity cycles and is committed to assisting businesses in transitioning to a decarbonized and sustainable future.
Ms. Markova is currently an independent director of SilverCrest Metals Inc. (TSX: SIL, NYSE: SILV) and Critical Elements Lithium Corporation (TSX: CRE.V). She also served as an independent director of Golden Star Resources, which was acquired in January 2022. Prior to the acquisition, Golden Star Resources received the inaugural Mines & Money 2021 ESG Producer of the Year award.
Ms. Markova holds an MBA from George Washington University in Washington DC, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Canadian Investment Management (CIM), Corporate Board International (CDI.D) and Competent Bards (GCB.D) designations.
Ronald-Peter Stoferle

Ronnie is managing partner of Incrementum AG and responsible for Research and Portfolio Management.
He studied business administration and finance in the USA and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and also gained work experience at the trading desk of a bank during his studies. Upon graduation he joined the research department of Erste Group, where in 2007 he published his first In Gold We Trust report. Over the years, the In Gold We Trust report has proceeded to become one of the benchmark publications on gold, money, and inflation.
Since 2013 he has held the position as reader at scholarium in Vienna, and he also speaks at Wiener Börse Akademie (i.e. the Vienna Stock Exchange Academy). In 2014, he co-authored the international bestseller “Austrian School for Investors”, and in 2019 “Die Nullzinsfalle” (The Zero Interest Rate Trap). He is a member of the board of directors at Tudor Gold Corp. (TUD), a significant explorer in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle as well as a member of the advisory board of Affinity Metals (AFF). Moreover, he joined as an advisor to Matterhorn Asset Management, a global leader in wealth preservation in the form of physical gold stored outside the banking system.
Ronnie is married and proud father of three daughters. He spends his spare time with his family, watching and playing football, running, and at classical concerts.
