Ms. Laurie Clark, a global finance executive and founder of three technology companies, was twice awarded “Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada” in 2017 and 2019. A serial entrepreneur who started, built and sold three prior companies, of which the most well known in capital markets circles was Dataphile Software Ltd., now known as Broadridge.

Ms. Clark has over 20 years of capital markets and trading experience and over $10B in direct budget oversight across Technology, Finance, Trading, Start-Ups, JV’s, and M&A.

An Independent Corporate Director serving on a variety of public and private company boards, including past Chair of the Compensation, Risk and Governance Committees for Belzberg Technologies Inc. (TSX: BLZ), current Chair of the Board for Ethel Capital Corporation, a capital management company. Ms. Clark also recently appointed as an Independent Director of a North American Futures, Options and Swaps Securities Exchange, where she is member of the Audit Committee, Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee, and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Clark is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Pelangio Exploration Inc. (TSX.V: PX).

Ms. Clark is a member of the TMX Advisory Council (X TSE) and the Canadian RegTech Association (CRTA) Advisory Board, a member of the Advisory Board for Novations Inc, (aka DealMaker), and Advisory Board member of Advisorsavvy. Ms. Clark is often asked to speak at conferences around the world as a motivational or expert speaker on Finance and Technology.

Ani Markova is a Senior Executive with over 20 years of capital markets involvement and more than 25 years of overall work experience with predominant focus on qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, equity valuations, capital allocation and marketing. Ms. Markova is an award-winning portfolio manager and has spent more than 15 years investing in the global mining sector and commodity markets while at AGF Investments Inc. Her interests and understanding of macroeconomics and commodity cycles assist her in complex decision-making processes for capital allocations. Throughout her investment career, she has been engaged with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics and integration of such factors in investment decision-making supplementing her top-down asset allocation and bottom up stock selection process. She continues to be an advocate for ESG material factor disclosures for corporate risk and opportunities management and has delivered multiple speaking engagements on the topic.

Ms. Markova is the Founder and CEO of Investor View Advisory Inc., which purpose is to bridge the gap between investors’ expectations and corporate strategies and disclosures to assist corporate clients, regardless of their size or stage of development, in designing and reporting ESG frameworks.

Ms. Markova is currently an independent director of SilverCrest Metals Inc. and Golden Star Resources.  She is Chair of the Safety, Environmental and Social Sustainability Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee at SilverCrest Metals, as well as a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee at Golden Star Resources. She also sits on both companies’ Audit Committees.

Ms. Markova holds an MBA from George Washington University in Washington DC, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Canadian Investment Management (CIM) and Corporate Board International (CDI.D) designations.

Ronnie is managing partner of Incrementum AG and responsible for Research and Portfolio Management.

He studied business administration and finance in the USA and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and also gained work experience at the trading desk of a bank during his studies. Upon graduation he joined the research department of Erste Group, where in 2007 he published his first In Gold We Trust report. Over the years, the In Gold We Trust report has proceeded to become one of the benchmark publications on gold, money, and inflation.

Since 2013 he has held the position as reader at scholarium in Vienna, and he also speaks at Wiener Börse Akademie (i.e. the Vienna Stock Exchange Academy). In 2014, he co-authored the international bestseller “Austrian School for Investors”, and in 2019 “Die Nullzinsfalle” (The Zero Interest Rate Trap). He is a member of the board of directors at Tudor Gold Corp. (TUD), a significant explorer in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle as well as a member of the advisory board of Affinity Metals (AFF). Moreover, he joined as an advisor to Matterhorn Asset Management, a global leader in wealth preservation in the form of physical gold stored outside the banking system.

Ronnie is married and proud father of three daughters. He spends his spare time with his family, watching and playing football, running, and at classical concerts.
